Our masterclasses provide two hours per month live learning sessions with expert speakers and HR Leaders that are breaking the mold in HR.

HR can be a very lonely department, especially in a small business. We connect members 1-to-1 every month to share experiences and provide more customized support on day-to-day HR challenges. Our MiniLINCs are structured to create two-way mentoring enabling a deeper learning experience.

Our LINC platform also enables connection with any member at any time, as well as providing a variety of tools and resources to refer to or download and implement into your workplace.

With their HR Professional, CEO’s are invited to attend a monthly live and interactive session with an expert tackling general business topics that impact both the CEO & HRP.  This is an opportunity to expand the development from The HR Linc to the broader leadership team.

We know how important it is to track performance and return on investment. We provide you with a detailed Skills Tracker that is completed at the beginning of the membership, and then quarterly between the HR Professional and the CEO. This will demonstrate the increase in development and value the HR Professional is providing to the workplace because of being a member of The HR Linc.

Every HR Professional is supported by a Member Success Manager charged with making sure they get what they need quickly and easily.  They are also connected to each other through our platform for real time support and learning.
